1.1 We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. If you agree to the terms and wish to use any thing off this site, please email me. You can not use any thing on this site until you've asked. You are to never take any thing from this site with out my permission. All material on this site is owned by You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login or their rightful owner. Material may not be taken, or used on your site without express permission from You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login. Please do not link directly to the files on this server as this impedes the bandwidth latency across our network.

1.2 In order to use our my forums we have created. You must read the rules we have provided for you below. If you do not follow the rules you will be banned. Not only your account but your IP address, to keep you from just creating another account. Here are the rules you need to know before joining the board. Follow them or you will be banned.

1.3 Registration to You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login is completely free! But we do insist that you abide by our rules. If you agree to the terms and wish to join our community, please check the 'I agree' checkbox and press the 'Register' button when on the registration form. You are of course free to browse our forum without registration. But you will be unable to participate in topics as a guest. Therefore it is required you join if you would like to post. And some forums may be offline to guest. And those forums will only open for members of a certain member group

1.4 By agreeing to our forum rules, you agree that you will not post any messages that are offensive, derogatory, obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violation of any laws. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login is essentially a music forum for the band Disturbed. Our forum may have some younger members, and we request members post respectfully and responsibly. We do allow swears, if this bugs you feel free to leave. The band has swears in their music. So its obvious you can handle it.

Usernames and members accounts

2.1 Members of our forum are only allowed to have one account per-person. Members who register additional accounts on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login will have all accounts disabled. And will be banned from re-registering with our site. You cannot sign up under multiple user names to pretend to be someone else. People who do this are most likely looking to cause trouble on the board. You will be banned right away if you break this rule, no warnings. If you attempt to register too many times and not follow these rules. You will be banned no ifs, ands, or buts.

2.2 No long user names or user names with bad word. Swears in usernames will not be allowed even if we allow swears on the forums. Or user names that will offend others. Long usernames stretch out the board and are hard to read. Any members seen doing this. Will have their account Deleted. Usernames cannot be longer than 18 characters.

Usernames are not allowed to contain:

* All numbers.
* Don't PlAy WiTh ThE cApS LoCk ThInG.
* No names with special characters. This is just play annoying and is hard to read. Things like _ - spaces ' are allowed.
* Nothing with bad words or that may be offensive to others.
* No racial or sexual names.
* NO ALL CAPS CRAP Its just annoying and its considered shouting.
* No xXwhateverXx. What's up with that?
* No names similar to the members of You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
* No names pretending to be one of the guys or some one working for them. We all know the guys are too busy to post.
* 15 characters limited in usernames

Privacy Statement

3.1 In order to gain membership to You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, we require a valid email address and a valid date of birth. We record this email address to your member profile, along with your IP address at time of registration. We require you to enter your date of birth to determine whether or not you are a COPPA user (see below). We record your IP address each time you browse or post on our forum. For registered members, we offer the option of storing a "cookie" on your computer to remain logged in.

3.2 Information (IE: email address, IP address, Date of Birth) is kept confidential, and measures are in place to prevent access to, misuse and dissemination of the information we hold about you by unauthorized personnel. Your IP is only used to track your account to make sure there are no duplicate accounts. Same goes for email addresses. There is an option to enable show/hide your email address, if you feel the need to show/hide it.

3.3 Any additional information may be volunteered, such as Biography, Location, Interests and Occupation, but this information is not required in order to gain access to the forums. You can control what information is displayed about you under Profile settings.

3.4 You may request your member account be disabled if you no longer want it. You may also request personal information be removed from your Profile. We also request that you let us know why you would like your account disabled. This isn't required in order to have your account disabled. Just to help us better improve our community.

Advertisements

4.1 You are allowed to post your sites here. But in the correct forum and with rules. Please read further for more information on this rule.

4.2 Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login. Please note that this message board is not an FFA Links Site. One-post-wonders wanting solely to advertise their web site or products will have their membership canceled and their posts removed. Domain names will also be blocked. And any suspicious looking links blocked as well.

4.3 While we welcome the broadcasting of additional and relevant resources, we will not tolerate blatant web site advertising. Such posts we feel fall into this category will be removed and appropriate action taken. Site owners who contribute to our community with more than 50 qualitative posts are more than welcome to link to their web site and/or additional resources on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login in the General Chat, where appropriate, and within reason.

4.4 Members must reach a minimum of 50 qualitative posts on our forum in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and have an account active for more than 60 days before being permitted to post web site links on our forum.

4.5 If you want your site linked on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login. Please pm me the link and the graphic banner. Once we reviewed it we will then decided if it gets put on our page. We will only link to your site if you link us first. More rules on this is on the main website

4.6 We only except high quality websites. If we do not get back to you with in two weeks. Your site was not added to the site. You can fix up you site and try again in 2 months. Please do not try and submit your site until the 2 month time period has passed.

COPPA Policy

5.1 - In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 13. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Spam

6.1 You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login operates a strict no-spam policy. Members spamming our forum with frivolous and/or duplicate posts will have their posts removed and their membership revoked for a specified period of time. Persistent offenders will have their membership canceled.

6.2 This forum has features which enable members to both edit their own posts in order to add commentary. Failure to make use of these features by persistent double (or more) posting, that is, posting multiple times in a single thread without another member doing so in the meantime, may be deemed as spamming. You may double post when posting images/screen shots if they will not all fit in one post. Other then that please use the edit button.

6.3 Posting the same information on several different forums just for the sake of doing it or to irritate the Members or Admins. Pick the appropriate Forum and post there only.

6.4 Posting for the sake of posting, or in order to increase your post count. You don’t really need to respond to every thread that’s going on the Board when you’re new. This includes ‘resurrecting’ threads that have been inactive for 5 months or more – unless you have a piece of truly new information (and please check around other Forums or threads). If you can't add to the conversation, please don't post.

6.5 This one-word posts and posting for the sake of posting is spamming. Please when posting you must post at least 4 words or more. If it is less the 4 your post will be deleted. More often then not members who do this, re only trying to get their post count up. This just posting to say lol is really annoying. And its considered spam. And when a member asks for help. Please do not post just to say you wish you could help them. Or you don't know how to help them. Cause this is pointless, how is this going to help them in any way? These kinds of post again will be deleted.

6.6 Sending out mass PMs to Members or Admins. Or pm members just to tell them about your website, art. It is considered abuse and we will not tolerate it. If we find out that you have been doing this. You will be banned no ifs ands or buts and no warnings will be given out. Spamming in any form will cause the party or parties to receive a warning, and, depending on the circumstances of the problem, can result in being banned immediately.

Member interactions

7.1 No flaming other members. If you can not respect the other members here. Then please do not bother joining this board. If you bash any of You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login members you will only get TWO warnings. After you get two, you will be banned for a week. If you continue to do it. The banning will get longer until we ban you from the site for good. Please do not be harsh when commenting on peoples art work. Give them criticism that will help them improve. Any comments that we find that breaks these rules will be deleted without warning.

7.2 Use perfect grammer/english, No web speak, (c ya l8er) For those who don't speak English as a first language they won't under stand what you are saying. So please spell the whole world. You can still use (OMG, LMFAO, ROTFL, ect...) as every one should at least know those. It can make life extremely difficult when trying to read posts, so we ask that you please be considerate to others and check your spelling before posting. Please post your comments in English. We will make an exception with 'Hello's' and 'Thank You's' in a members native language if you know it. We may all even learn a little.

7.3 Sexual comments ARE NOT OK, ONLY IN THE ADULT CHAT but If I or the other Admins, Global mods feel its being taken too far. The post/thread will be deleted. It might not bother you, but it does bother others. This will result in a one month ban or a permanent ban if you continue to do it. And if you cant deal with it then oh well. Stay out of the topic then.

7.4 NO RACIAL COMMENTS!! THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED DO YOU UNDERSTAND!

7.5 You cannot post topics about self injury (cutting). Although we do not want to stop people from getting help, posts about this subject might caused problems. There are other sites and boards made especially for this subject matter.

7.6 We covered flaming of members. So you should already know what flaming is. Flaming other websites is not allowed. If you are not happy with the way another site is running. Please take it up with the admins there. Do not bring it here and put us in the middle.

General Posting Rules

8.1 You cannot post "chat" topics, just to chat back and forth with a friend. If you want to do this, please use the chat room, PM system, or email.  That's why it was invented. Members seen doing this will have the posts removed, continence of this will have them banned for a time period

8.2 DoN't TyPe LiKe ThIs! It might be hard for others do read it. If we see this kind of thing it will be edited. Continuing doing this will result in a ban. Nor can you TYPE LIKE THIS It looks like your shouting. And You can not use to many of these !!! Its just shouting and is rude.

8.3 We do allow swearing, And only SOME sexual comments BUT ONLY WITHIN THE ADULT FORUM BUT NO posting of photographs of an adult nature is allowed. Links to these kinds of sites and/or images are not allowed either. And will be removed ASAP. And NO posting of manipulated photos or animations of a slash nature. NO creepy manips that show anyone in a more-than-friendly situation. Do it, and you will receive an official warning. If they break rules they will be removed. Same goes for links to said manips.

8.4 We are allowing Members' pictures to be posted - but ONLY in the fan photos section (which only members have access to). And you may only post your picture if your are age 18 and over. Because you may never know when another member is only pretending to be some one their not. If you are not 18 and over and you post a picture. It will be removed. Its no us being jerks. Is just us worrying about your safety. We want all our members here to feel safe. Once you are 18 you can post your photo here. But remember if you are 18 and post you picture. You are responsible for if. By posting your picture here you are agreeing this.

8.5 We love movie caps/music - but not from films not yet released on video/DVD. Or from CD's that have not been released. I'm not about to incur the wrath of Hollywood - I'd like to keep my house and my computer, thank you very much. We also ask that you not use images from pirated material in your avatar or signature image. Look, by purchasing or using pirated material, you're essentially stealing from the pockets of those involved with the film/album. You may have every intention of obtaining a legal copy as soon as it's available, but you're still supporting those who make a buck off of actors/actress/singers/bands and give nothing back.

No images pirated material in siggies or avatars. And no manips of you with a celebrity. I mean please, give me a break. Please also refrain from using personal photographs in your signature images. This means pictures of yourself, your friends, your children, your significant other, etc...Members are provided an area to post personal photographs in a protected area of the forum if that kind of sharing is your wish. Scroll up to read about the members photos.

8.6 Our free media policy applies to all forms of copyright-exempt digital media. Non-exclusive, copyright-exempt media doctored and posted and/or referenced on our forum for the purpose of web site promotion will be removed, and those responsible reprimanded. This does not apply to fan-created content.

8.7 Please do not post material you do not own without the permission of the author. By posting material on our forum, you are agreeing that you either own the item you are posting and/or have permission to post the item. Please do not post illegal material on our forum, or material which contravenes international piracy laws.

8.8 When posting you art work please follow these simple words. Images must be no bigger then 800 in width. Any thing bigger must be in thumb nails. There are many members with slow internet connections and some images take ages to load, so keep it as low as possible. And it stretches out the board and it just looks ugly.

Members Profiles

9.1 Siggys must be 600x300, If the file size must be no bigger the 1000Kb. Cause some people have slower internet. And if any one with slower internet has a problem with the pages loading. Please PM me and I will reduce the size back to 500x200. The siggy must be 600x300 this includes the siggy its self and any other small banners, glitter graphics, you put above or below the siggy. You can only have 7 lines of text. This included links.

9.2 Avatars must be 128x128 and no bigger then 25kb. Yes it is possible to get an avatar to 128x128 and less then 25kb. Trust me I've done it myself. If you need help getting your avatars to the correct size. Please post in the avatar section or you can pm me and I will reduce the size for you. Siggies and avatars that break the required rules will be removed. If we have to remove you siggy and avatar to many times. You will be banned for a couple of weeks.

10.1 You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, it's owners and/or operators take no responsibility for the content, links to or use of the content of the messages posted on this forum, nor do we endorse the opinions of the authors. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your messages.

10.2 We at You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. We also reserve the right to disable any member account for any or no reason whatsoever.

10.3 What an admin says goes, do not argue with us. We make the rules you will respect them and you will respect the admins. Or you can go some where else.

Guide to becoming a Staffer

11.1 Stay active: We understand that all members have life's. And they can't be on 24/7, But in order to be a good mod and to keep our community clean of spam botters we need mods who will be active. As much as possible and for as long as possible. We are not asking you to give up your life just to be a mod. But inactive mods lose their mod status after being inactive for a while. So please try to stay active.

11.2 Post count: We only go for members who have a certain amount of post counts. This is to show that you are in fact an active member and would be a great mod. (See rule 11.1) We are not going to say what the right post count would be, because we don't want members to spam just to get there to be even considered as a mod. There are other things we look for then just post count.

11.3 Long time member: We only go for people who have been here for a while. And understand what is allowed and what is not. We here at You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login are not a strict site but we admins and other staff do have a low bullshit tolerance. And we only look for mods who are the same. Though this DOES NOT ALWAYS play a factor in the mod choosing phase. Least not a VERY IMPORTANT one.

11.4 Honesty and Fair: We need someone who is fair and just but not going let someone else walk all over them. And get away with shit they shouldn't be getting away with. But won't let them just break the rules. And if you feel they are breaking the rules. Please send them a simple PM, and we have a 3 strikes you're out rule. You get 3 official warnings and if they disobey they get banned. (More about this will be discussed once you are a mod)

11.5 Trust-worthy: We only look for people that we know won't mess any thing up or abuse their powers once they get them.

11.6 Rules: You must read the rules and understand them and not have broken more the 3 rules and has never been banned. (See rule 11.5) This proves you aren't trust-worthy. (Also see rule 11.8.)

11.7 Begging: Begging to be a mod is not allowed. It will not get you mod status. It will do more harm then good, we will just cross your name off the list of potential candidates. And do not post about it in a public forum, this too will get your name crossed out. PM a admin and after you do. DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT SEND ANOTHER MESSAGE ABOUT IT We will talk to each other about it and consider it. And if we decide not to make you a mod. Do not bitch and moan about it. And do not spam admins PM's about it or why you didn't get it. This just irritates us and will get you banned. It falls under the rule of do not abuse users. If you didn't get a yes, just move on and maybe later on down the road you will get it. Just because you didn't get it then don't mean that won't change.

11.8 Assholes: We do not make members who are assholes or abuse and/or spam the forums or members. We do not want to make our forums look bad by only adding assholes as staff members. (See rule 11.4 and 11.5) There are also more rules about spamming and abuse in our forum rules. Please read them!

Band's Private lives

12.1 Private Lives of the band are off limits on this forum. Shit always gets dug up here and I am sick of it. So as of now members of Disturbed Zone forums are to give the guys their space. Let them have their privacy and keep their private lives out of our forums. It is none of our business what they do in their personal lives. If you want to talk about their personal lives go into yahoo, msn or what ever messenger. DO NOT talk about it in OUR shout box either. It will not be tolerated there either.

12.2 I'm going to put this out their before any fights break out about it. Not saying there will but still. This site is a fan site, not a place to ague about the bands decisions. If you can't handle it. Go some where else.

On parting ways with bassist Steve "Fuzz" Kmak, citing personal differences:

"We were with him for a long time and we were close friends, and it was just a tough situation to go through, like a bad divorce. And we weren't sure how we were going to start dating again. . . When John [Moyer] came in, he stepped up and it's just been great. He's added a new-found energy and excitement to the band. He's been a great player and we're gelling really well on stage together."

Here's the deal. I am sick of my wife telling me that there are people on this myspace thing pretending to be me and talking all kinds of crap.So here we go. I got kicked out of the band three years ago because I didn't suck Dave's cock.(kiss his ass) I don't care what you here or read. Three weeks after i got the call from the lawyer and management I talked to Mikey and he told me straight up he said "Listen Fuzz, I don't want you out of the band but Dave does and he said he would quit if me and Dan didn't agree to give you the boot. Im afraid I could be next and Im not going back to selling car parts." All Danny had to say was "Hey its not a band anymore it's a business, and it's called music business, Not music friendship." So they hire themselves a tool and moved on. So they lose a friend they've had for 16 years, a small price to pay for fame and furtune. As for me I am doing OK. I married a playboy model, we have a daughter together. I still own a studio in the city, and sit in on sessions once in a while just to keep the chops up to par. I own a general contracting bis. I play hockey twice a week, go quading on the weekends. Go to Europe 2 or 3 times a year. And play with my daughter. As for band? One thing ive learned in life. Do or do not, there is no maybe! When im ready to do band 24-7 I will. Until then Peace Fuzz 12-2-06

Hello everybody, I have been asked alot of questions over the last year and figured i would answer some of them in a general kind of way for all to see. first and most important I had a baby boy last Jan. he is a little over a year old and is simply the best. I have finished rebuilding my building down in the city(chicago) and have put the finishing touches on the new recording studio,United Tech. You can go to my partners myspace and get all of the info on that. I have built and sold 22 town homes here on the southside over the last 3 years and I am curently building the first fase of a 24 unit complex in Bridgeview. Wich brings me to the next question people ask."Why aren't you in another band?" I had a couple of opportunities, nothing out of this world but It would have got me back on stage and on the road. But there is more to it than that. Before my Wife got pregnant I was still in disturbed and I told her that I would be on the road and she would be at home with the kids. I new that would be tough but it was what I worked for my whole life and this was one of the drawbacks of being in a band. I figured I was making the money,doing what I always dreamed of, and I was out with 2 of my best friends. Well when my friends fucked me I had to look at things in a different way. Do I want to go out on the road with a bunch of strangers, Make Fair money and miss my kids growing up just so I can keep my ego pumped up. NO! I chose a harder path for me but a better path for them. I have learned that sometimes we must put aside what we love the most,to do what is best for those who will love you the most. Our Terms of service may change and more may be added. So it is required that you re-read the rules at least once a month or every 2 months. To make sure they haven't changed or nothings been added.
